Our Story.

Having moved to the Pyrénées in 2016 with the intention of living a life closer to nature and creating holiday gites to share our passions with like-minded folk we found our perfect home in the village of Castelvieilh.

James is a keen cyclist on both road and trail. Being surrounded by forest and with the Col du Tourmalet, Hautacam, Col d’Aspin and Hourquette easily within a days ride he and you are spoilt for choice. These cols regularly feature in the Tour de France route. Amy can often be seen running the tour de Castelvieilh and the surrounding area when she’s not cooking up a storm in the kitchen. As a family along with their two children they love to go walking in and around the forests, lakes and mountains of the Hautes-Pyrénées.
